Nichols Projects Algarve is a husband-and-wife-run renovation and property services company, founded by Steve and Kelly Nichols and supported by a growing team of skilled tradespeople.

Steve leads our skilled team members on-site, bringing years of hands-on building experience and master trade skills to oversee artistry, solve problems, and ensure projects are completed to the standard we expect.

Kelly runs the business and is the first point of contact for our clients, managing quotations, project planning, scheduling, budgets, materials, client communication and the day-to-day coordination that keeps each project moving.

Together, we offer something we believe really matters when entrusting someone with your property: skilled on-site artistry, backed by organised, personal and consistent management from start to finish.

Finish It Properly

Kelly will be your first point of contact, discussing what you need, arranging a site visit and making sure we understand the scope of work before preparing your quotation.

Once agreed, we schedule the work, organise the team and plan materials and access so everyone knows what is happening before your project begins.

Steve leads the team on site, overseeing workmanship and dealing with the practical side of the project, while Kelly manages communication, scheduling, costs and any agreed changes.

We inspect the completed work, deal with any final finishing touches and make sure the project is properly closed down before we leave.
